People and Finance Coordinator

32 - 40 hrs p/week The Netherlands

Are you an organisational talent with a strong foundation in HR and the ambition to grow into an independent role? Then we are looking for you!

As our People and Finance Coordinator at the Sea Ranger Service, you will not only ensure our administration is executed with absolute precision, but you will also actively help build the HR foundation of our international social enterprise. You will become an essential link in our team: from applying your labour law knowledge to contract management, to coordinating recruitment and financial administration.

Language requirements
Because this role involves managing Dutch employment contracts, local labor law compliance, and financial reporting within the Dutch system, fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a requirement for this position.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an admin, HR or financial role
  • A degree in HRM, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage
